Pricing questions

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time with no cancellation fee. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable — it covers the configuration work we do during your 7-day setup week.

What does the setup fee cover?

Your setup fee covers everything we do in your 7-day setup week: configuring the AI for your trade, loading your price book, setting up your emergency rules, integrating with your calendar and job management software (Pro+), testing the AI with real call scenarios, and getting you live. It's a one-time cost — no recurring setup fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

Yes — upgrade any time and the new plan starts immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing month. If you're unsure which plan you need, start on Starter and upgrade once you see the call volume.

How does billing work?

Monthly billing on the day you sign up. Setup fee is charged at signup. Monthly subscription starts when you go live (within your 7-day setup window). We invoice via Stripe — you can pay by card. No surprise fees.

Do I need to change my existing phone number?

No. You get a dedicated AI number, and you forward your existing number to it. Callers dial the same number they always have. You can also choose to use the new number directly for ads or your website — many customers do both over time.
